In order to quickly integrate freshmen into college life, BNBU has implemented the Mentor Caring Programme (MCP), which has become an important network connecting students and BNBU. Professors act as mentors, and senior students are peer mentors, who are expected to connect students with the college to build relationships. At the same time, mentors also share their valuable experiences to cultivate and promote the growth of students. Freshmen can get care and guidance to accelerate their adaptation to UIC's international education model.

The objectives of MCP are

(1) to promote communication between college and students;

(2) to provide students with care, guidance, advice, and support to promote their personal growth and development;

(3) to provide timely help through effective communication between mentors and student team members;

(4) to establish a warm and caring campus environment to enhance students’ sense of belonging to a college. The mentors for 2024-2025 Academic Year are:
