The Mentor Caring Programme (MCP) is an important bridge for all undergraduate students to establish close connections with the university. All current students will be included in the warm family of MCP, which consists of five parts: academic mentors, mentors, faculty coordinator of student affairs, peer mentors (senior students), and students. Academic mentors provide academic and course planning, academic guidance, and other academic related support for freshmen. Mentors focus on daily management, psychological care, and life guidance for students, while peer mentors help freshmen adapt to campus life as soon as possible by sharing their learning and life experiences. Detailed grouping information can be found on respective programme webpages.
