The four years of undergraduate study enables our environmental science graduates to master essential theoretical knowledge and professional skills, which prepare them to work in a wide range of environment-related fields such as environmental management, environmental planning, environmental consulting, environmental impact assessment, environmental audit, environmental monitoring, natural resource management and ecological conservation. Besides the core subjects, our graduates also benefit from diverse elective courses which permit them to engage in careers related to management, sales and marketing, technology as well as scientific research and teaching in universities and other institutions. Therefore, our graduates have the advantage of being able to develop promising careers in many industries.
Based on a survey conducted among our graduates in 2019, they have been employed in multiple sectors, particularly environment-related government departments and units, environmental consultancy, environmental technology, testing and certification, scientific research as well as corporate environmental management and green businesses.
