The UIC Environmental Science Programme is teamed by international faculty members possessing studying and working experiences from around the world (including the United States, Australia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao China). The faculty members have worked with research institutes, government agencies, global top universities and environmental agencies locally and abroad, thus are equipped with work and research experiences in the relevant sectors. The research areas of the faculty members are multi-dimensional and encompass ecology, natural resources conservation, environmental technology, environmental chemistry, environmental toxicology, environmental engineering, environmental geography and sustainable environmental management, among others.
