Dear all UIC students and colleagues,

We are delighted to invite you to join our UIC-FST Innovative Food Carnival 2019 on 12 April 2019 (Friday). Our year 3 students will present you different types of novel food products such as Venus’ blessing, Warm Fruit Tart, Snowy Romance Mooncake, Echo of Mountain Sea, Poker Biscuit, etc. You can go for a sensory evaluation after food tasting. Colleagues from any department can vote for the food product you like the most. Concurrently, we will display the posters to show you the process of the development of these food products.
