Dear All,

We are delighted to invite you to join our UIC-FST Innovative Food Carnival 2017 on 31 March 2017 (Friday). Our Year-3 students will present you different types of novel food products such as Captain Package, Sweety Profiterole, Cake Pops and Fruit Ball. You can go for a sensory evaluation after food tasting. Colleagues from any departments can vote for the food product you like the most. Concurrently, we will display the posters to show you the process of making these marvelous foods.

Time: 13:30 - 16:00 (First come first served)
Venue: 5/F, Zone D (the hallway outside Lab D501 and D502)
