The result of the 2025 Mathematical Contest in Modeling (MCM) and Interdisciplinary Contest in Modeling (ICM) was revealed recently. The team comprising second-year students Lv Jingyi and Xiang Yue from the Statistics Programme, and Zhou Zixuan from the Computer Science and Technology Programme, was honoured with the Outstanding Winner award and the AMS Award. This marks the first time BNBU has received these top accolades in the competition.

Among the many outstanding achievements of students from Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University (BNBU), two stand out: Chen Zhangjing, who has received offers from both the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge, and Wang Xie, who has been admitted to Oxford. Both are top straight-A students in their respective programmes.
