To celebrate the 20th anniversary of BNBU and to promote mathematical culture and ignite campus-wide enthusiasm for learning mathematics, the Department of Mathematical Sciences is proud to announce the BNBU 1st Undergraduate Math Competition! The event will take place on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We warmly invite all BNBU undergraduate students to participate and showcase your mathematical brilliance!

Competition Details

· Scope: Core content of Calculus and Linear Algebra

· Eligibility: All undergraduates (All major welcome—whether you’re a math enthusiast or just curious!)

· Format:
▶ 2-hour time limit to solve 25 multiple-choice questions
▶ Scoring: +6 points for correct answers, +2 points for unanswered questions, 0 for incorrect answers (Total: 150 points)

· Registration Process:
▶ Step 1: Click the link or scan the QR code to log into the OAS system (https://oas.uic.edu.cn/)

▶ Step 2: Navigate to the “2025 Undergraduate Math Competition” page
▶ Step 3: Confirm your details and submit—speed is key!

· Spots: Limited to 272 participants—first come, first served!

Awards: Knowledge Pays Off!

· 1st Prize: Earn CNY 1,500 gift voucher

· 2nd Prize: Claim CNY 800 gift voucher

· 3rd Prize: Earn CNY 300 gift voucher
