讲座 | Medical Images and Radiomic Feature Analysis

Medical imaging is an indispensable part of modern medicine. How to help solve clinical problems based on a large amount of clinical imaging data is the main research direction of our team in recent years. Our group tried to use the COVID-19 outbreak and developed a few-shot machine learning (ML) approach for automated diagnosis of 2019 novel coronavirus-infected pneumonia (NCIP) on chest CT to help physicians make the diagnostic decision. We also mainly focus on the radiomics of breast cancer in recent years. In the diagnosis and detection of breast lesions, nipple, breast boundary, and pectoral muscle are the three most important anatomical landmarks. These research results are published in authoritative international journals, such asPhysics in Medicine & Biology,Medical PhysicsandIEEE Access. During the pandemic, the research on chest CT image pattern of COVID-19 was published in BMJ. In the future, we will conduct more in-depth research in the field of radiomics and image pattern.

讲者简介:

张亚琴,中山大学附属第五医院放射科副主任,副主任医师,影像医学与核医学专业博士研究生导师,美国密歇根大学医院放射科访问学者,珠海市引进人才。从事影像诊断工作18年,擅长体部疑难疾病影像诊断,主要从事肿瘤疾病的影像组织学及人工智能研究。现任中华医学会放射学分会青年委员,广东省医学会放射医学分会青年委员会副主任委员;RSNA通讯会员,ER会员;《BMJ》《ER》《中华放射学杂志》特邀审稿人。近5年主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金1项,省自然科学基金面上项目1项,省计算科学重点实验室基金项目1项,厅局级项目2项;参与国家自然科学基金项目5项。发表SCI及核心期刊论文20余篇,参与影像学专著3部。
