2023 Workshop on Representative Points of Statistical Distributions

Introduction

The 2023-Workshop on Representative Points of Statistical Distributions was held on June 20-21th, 2023 at Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (BNU-HKBU UIC). This workshop was hosted by Institute of Statistics & Computational Intelligence (ISCI) and Guangdong Provincial key Laboratory of Interdisciplinary Research and Application for Data Science, UIC. This workshop was mainly hosted by the Statistics Programmme and focused on the theory, characteristic and application of representative points of univariate and multivariate statistical distributions, also, providing a platform for academic exchange for scientific research in related fields. The participants are teachers and students from UIC and the Ocean University of China. This meeting takes the form of online combination and offline.
